1981 Berlin doğumlu bir Fransız olan Jover, kariyerine Fransa'nın Montepellier takımında video analiz antrenörü olarak başladı. 2013 yılında kısa süreliğine Hırvatistan takımının video analiz antrenörlüğü görevini gerçekleştirdi. 2016 - 2019 yılları arasında Dean Smith'in ekibinde Brentford takımında görev aldı.
