FRANCESCO FARIOLI - AJAX

(TR) Ligimizde çalıştığı dönemde geriden oyun kurma konusunda ısrarı konusundan dolayı kaybettiği maçlar sonrasında sık sık eleştirilen Farioli önce Nice sonrasında da Ajax'ta oyununu değiştirip geliştirerek fark yaratmaya devam ediyor. Türkiye'de çalıştığı dönemlerdeki en büyük sorunlarından bir tanesi konfor alanını içeren geriden oyun kurma oyunundan vazgeçmemesiydi demek yanlış olmaz. Farioli Ajax'ına şimdi baktığımızda ise maça ve rakibe göre farklı planlar içeren repertuarı geniş bir oyun görmek mümkün.

AJAX - FEYENOORD

• SAVUNMADA AJAX

Farioli'nin temel savunma felsefesinin sahanın her bölgesinde 1v1 eşleşmeleri yakalamak olduğunu söylemek yanlış olmaz. Bu felsefeden yola çıkarak 1-3-2-5 dizilişi ile hücum eden Feyenoord' karşı derinde ve 2.bölgede 1-5-4-1 dizilişi ile karşılama gerçekleştirerek sahanın hemen hemen her bölgesinde eşleşmeleri yakaladı, rakibine alan ve zaman vermedi. Bunu yaparken defansif orta saha Henderson'ın pozisyon bilgisinden ve konumlanma becerisinden maksimum düzeyde verim aldı.

• HÜCUMDA ve OYUN KURMADA AJAX

Ajax oyun kurduğunda özellikle sol bek Hato'yu iç koridorda konumlandırarak baskı kırılımında aktif rol almasını amaçlıyor. İç koridorda konumlanan Hato rakip savunmanın dengesini bozarken sayısal üstünlüğünde sağlanmasına hizmet ediyor. Feyenoord müsabakasında rotasyonel hareketliliğin Beşiktaş müsabakasına göre daha sığ kaldığını söylemek yanlış olmaz.

Bu müsabaka özelinde en etkilendiğim noktalardan bir tanesi de Farioli'nin rakibin baskısına uygun direkt hücum planlarına çalışmış olmasıydı. Feyenoord'a karşı attıkları ilk gol de bu çalışmanın meyvesi oldu.

Feyenoord müsabakasında daha derinde savunmayı tercih eden Farioli, Beşiktaş müsabakasında daha agresif ve daha önde savunma hattını kurdu. Genel felsefesinden ödün vermeyip tüm sahada 1v1 eşleşmeleri yakalayan Ajax bu baskılar ve eşleşmelerden kazandığı top sonrasında gol de buldu.

• HÜCUMDA ve OYUN KURMADA AJAX

Hücumda Feyenoord müsabakasına göre çok daha rotasyonel hareketliliğe sahip bir Ajax vardı. Özellikle merkez orta sahaların hareketliliğin gerek oyun kurulumunda gerek de sete hücumlarda koridora atılan koşularla çok fazla hareketli oluşu Beşiktaş savunmasının zor duruma düşmesine sebep oldu. Farioli, Feyenoord müsabakasında geçişlere ve direkt hücumlara daha hazır bir görüntü verirken Beşiktaş müsabakasında daha yüksek blokta oyun kurulumuna, sete hücuma ve yüksek hücumsal hareketliliğe hazır bir görüntü verdi.

Farioli, değişen şartlara göre felsefesinde ödün vermeden değişkenlere ve detaylara göre hazırbulunuşluğu olan bir takım yaratmış. Sezon sonunda nerede olacağını bilmemiz mümkün değil fakat topun olmadığı yerle ilgilenenler için oyunu oldukça keyifli.

(ENG) During his time coaching in our league, Farioli was often criticized for his insistence on building from the back, especially after losing matches. However, after stints at Nice and Ajax, he has continued to adapt and refine his style, creating a distinct impact. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that one of his biggest issues in Turkey was his unwillingness to move away from his comfort zone of building from the back. Looking at Farioli’s Ajax now, it’s evident that his game has evolved into a broader repertoire, featuring different strategies tailored to the match and the opponent.

When we examine the Feyenoord and Beşiktaş matches, two distinct scenarios and contrasting styles of play emerge.

AJAX - FEYENOORD

DEFENCE

It wouldn’t be wrong to say that Farioli’s core defensive philosophy revolves around achieving 1v1 matchups across all areas of the pitch. Reflecting this philosophy, against Feyenoord’s 1-3-2-5 attacking setup, Ajax adopted a 1-5-4-1 defensive structure in deeper and middle areas, ensuring matchups nearly everywhere on the field while denying space and time to their opponents.

A key element of this strategy was the utilization of defensive midfielder Henderson, whose positional awareness and ability to position himself effectively were maximized to deliver peak defensive performance.

ATTACKING AND BUILD UP

When Ajax builds up play, they particularly position left-back Hato in the half-space to play an active role in breaking the opponent's press. Hato's positioning in the half-space not only disrupts the opponent's defensive balance but also helps Ajax achieve numerical superiority in critical areas.

Comparing their matches against Feyenoord and Beşiktaş, it’s fair to say that Ajax displayed less rotational movement and fluidity in the Feyenoord game than in the Beşiktaş fixture.

One of the most impressive aspects of this match was Farioli’s preparation for direct attacking plans tailored to counter the opponent’s pressing. The first goal Ajax scored against Feyenoord was a direct result of these well-rehearsed strategies.

AJAX - BEŞİKTAŞ

DEFENCE

In the Feyenoord match, Farioli opted for a deeper defensive setup, whereas against Beşiktaş, he implemented a more aggressive and higher defensive line. While staying true to his overall philosophy of securing 1v1 matchups across the pitch, Ajax capitalized on turnovers created through these presses and matchups, ultimately converting one of these situations into a goal.

In attack, Ajax displayed significantly more rotational movement in the Beşiktaş match compared to the Feyenoord game. While it’s impossible to predict where they’ll end up by the season’s end, their style of play offers immense enjoyment for those who appreciate the nuances of the off-the-ball game.
